Bobby Raymond - Agency Owner
Bobby Raymond is a life long resident of Jacksonville and now resides in Atlantic Beach with his wife Tracy and sons Cody and RJ. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Bobby has 25 years of experience in the Jacksonville business community and the past 18 of those have been in the insurance industry. Holding Life, Health and Property Casualty licenses, he has sold for and managed agencies in both the Life/Health and Property/Casualty areas of the business. Bobby is excited to now own his own Brightway agency where he can offer a full range of products and carriers to his clients.
Throughout his career, Bobby has been active in the community. He has served as President of the St. Augustine Gator Club. He is an active member and past President of the Downtown Jacksonville Exchange Club. He also served as President of the Exchange Club Family Center board of directors, an organization that focuses on the prevention of child abuse. Bobby also served on the Gator Booster Board of Directors from 1995 to 1997. He currently enjoys playing golf, soccer, watching Gator games and spending time with his family in their many activities outside of work.

Laura Mitchell - Agency Owner
Laura Mitchell has built her career in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She began working for State Farm Insurance selling, home, auto, life and health insurance. In 2001, Laura joined Zurich Insurance Service where she was hired to start Zurich’s in-house commercial sales agency. In 2004 she began managing Zurich’s national Customer Service Center. In this role, she was responsible for hiring, training and mentoring new service representatives and agents. Laura attended University of North Florida receiving her Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Management. Laura currently holds her Florida General Lines Agent, Life, Health and Surplus Lines licenses.
Laura resides in the Fort Caroline area with her husband, Noal and two children, Gabriel and Emily. She is an active member of Fort Caroline Baptist Church. There she leads the three-year-old class on Sunday mornings.

Corey Taylor - Agent
Corey has lived in Jacksonville
for sixteen years. As the son of a Navy family who has relocated many
times, Jacksonville is now his permanent home. Corey graduated from
Fletcher Senior High in 1995, and joined the Marine Corps in 1996. He
returned to Jacksonville in 2004, and worked as a small business owner
and operator for two years. He has been in the insurance industry for
five years, writing primarily small commercial business policies, and
is a Florida licensed general lines agent. He and his wife now reside
in the Ft. Caroline area, and he looks forward to working with his friends
and neighbors to make sure that their insurance needs are properly met
in a cost effective manor.

Rebekah Muse, AAI - Agent
As a lifelong resident of Florida, Rebekah Muse understands the importance of families and ensuring her customers have the right policies to meet their specific needs. Rebekah attended Fletcher High School in Jacksonville Beach, and has spent her entire professional life in the insurance industry. Prior to coming to Brightway, Rebekah worked as an agent in corporate offices and specialized in business products. Rebekah gained several licenses and accolades during her tenure in the corporate setting, which allowed for an easy transition to agency life with a deep knowledge base and a good work ethic. Rebekah has made a home with her husband and son in Jacksonville, and enjoys the challenge of ensuring all clients are well informed, and properly protected both locally and throughout the state.
