By using a web-based system, we can access our customers' files from anywhere in the world, thereby providing complete protection against catastrophic loss. Plus, we can proactively notify customers when changes in the marketplace present a need to make adjustments or enhancements to their policies.
- High-tech communications tools seamlessly link Brightway Associate Agencies with the Service Center to provide daily customer service to an Associate Agency's entire customer base. Our Altigen phone system has been specifically customized to fit our needs. The system utilizes Voice over IP technology to allow phone calls to be routed over the Internet, thereby avoiding costly long distance charges and the need for additional phone lines. We are then able to efficiently process customer requests directly in our Customer Support Center.
